Useless B's they arranged to send a parcel for me to Thailand quoting about a week on 19th August £125 for the privilege via UPS - there was a problem with customs which I am powerless to resolve because UPS say Parcelcompare are the shipper not me
The parcel is still not delivered and you cant make contact with a human to resolve - have to wait while UPs and Parcelcompare swap notes
