This service is shocking. Avoid at all costs. I sent a package and 10 days later it was returned to sender with no contact at all from parcelcompare.com.
After contacting them its been 2 weeks with no refund or offer to resend the package. The package was a gift that was due to arrive a month ago.
The service has been terrible and they will not refund.
I use this company often for my business and will no longer be, I have had multiple issues, delays and errors happen.
