AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! I sent a parcel for around £40, carefully measured and weighed it to comply with guides (well under) and 2 weeks later they took £170 out of my bank account and sent me an email saying i had sent an over sized/weight parceland this was the extra cost!?! not sure how this is even legal? but anyway terrible customer service, no help on chat, no telephone help. very unhappy
