I don’t even want to leave 1 star. But do not use this company under any circumstance. They’ve taken a second amount of money, £166 to be precise saying my calculations of weight and dimensions were wrong - incorrect. And now I’m not being refunded by the recipient of the parcel due to damage. I’m now £500 down. Parcel compare you are an outrage and I wish I had seen these bad reviews prior.
