I had a similar incident with parcelcompare.com. I knew I was right and after many emails exchanged I was eventually charged double for the package I sent. So I went to HM Courts and filled out the online form and explained what evidence I had. Within a week I had the overcharged amount returned to me PLUS the 25 GBP court fee !!
How simple was that ??
