Courier did NOT show up, yet claimed they attempted the collection. I was outside the building the whole time waiting for them.
I resorted to dropping of parcel at a designated outlet.
This company charges for collection, and refused to give a refund claiming that driver said I was not available.
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR £4 COLLECTION CHARGE!!!
