I booked a collection with parcelcompare, despite waiting in all day the collection did not happen, it was then too late to contact them. The following day the only option I was given was to cancel the collection and I had to pay a fee, even though it was not my fault. I will definitely not be using again or recommending! I would have given no stars but unfortunately this was not an option!
