The most horrible service!!! Paid 36 pounds AlsoTook a day off work to wait for parcels to be collected. But No attempt made at all. Tried to emailed them if I could just get a refund and got no reply at all. Wish I had read all this bad reviews before I went to book it.
Please dont use it.
