my parcel to spain containing small birthday gifts for my 4 year ld grandson, including a hand knitted sweater that took me a month to make, never arrived and cannot be found. I was sent a claim form but as I have no receipts for the small items or for the wool I used for the sweater they will not honour the claim. Nor have they offered to refund what i paid them to deliver. This is really horrible.
