I booked a collection through them with DPD and they never arrived. When I contacted parcelcompare they initially told me that DPD tried to collect. I challenged this and said that I would check the cameras. They then offered me a refund less their fees or a rebooking which also cost their fees again.
I told them that what they were doing was in breach of my consumer rights and they simply replied that they are a price comparison website and its nothing to do with them if it didn’t work.
