This is the second time I used parcelcompare the fist time I had no issues as all. I arranged for a collection waited all day and nobody came (DPD) I am struggling so much on finding a way to contact them its literally impossible!! They don't even have a contact number let alone their head office address listed. It's so silly as on some of the FAQ's the website says call our customer service but there is no number!!! Can someone please help advise on how to contact them as even their online form does not work!
