If I could give a -0 then I would please please do not use this company there are currently trying to charge me an additional £200.00 for a parcel that was sent via ups I gave all the correct measurements and also added an extra 4.5 kilo to weight allow for the box weight they are now saying the weight was 118 kilo??? They want me to send photographic evidence of the box which clearly they know I would not have but reduced to send me information of how this weight was calculated !!! I’ve reported this to my credit card company and currently in contact with the financial ombudsment please don’t not use this company
