Absolute scam.
Quoted £23 to deliver a large parcel (car panel)
Then 3 weeks later TOOK an extra £53 from my account without any explanation. After I complained they are now saying it’s an extra charge because it was a large parcel!

I told you in the beginning and gave you measurements, that you based your quote on!!!
They reckon they are billing me for a 40kg parcel, even though mine was only 7kg
