I sent a parcel overseas, but a few weeks later was told that my A4-sized package was more than a metre wide (yet weighs 1.5kg). They have no evidence of this whatsoever. They rejected the photo I showed of the package, saying that the photo does not meet their criteria....
They then proceed to take £200 extra from my credit card.
My recommendation: please send your parcel with the shipping company directly. It may be not as cheap as this kind of intermediary companies, but it's not worth the hassle when fraudulent charges occur. The shipping company doesn't want to talk to you because you didn't pay them directly. I hope to get my money back through my credit card.
