I ordered a collection from England for a paddleboard. I made the booking online at around 8am on Friday, and the board was collected shortly after 9am, and delivered safely to myself in Scotland on the following Tuesday.
The only frustration I had was the lack of updates when trying to track the parcel but the support department replied to my e-mail within a few hours & was very helpful.
