The service is easy to use. With a few clicks you get your shipment booked and paid. Got my shipment booked at ~5pm, and at 12 pm the following day my package was loaded on the van. I liked that ParcelDirect provides a choice of carriers. I was shipping big heavy box to Italy, and had a choice of 9 options, so you can compare offers from each company (DHL, FedEx, etc.). My parcel was supposed to arrive in 4-5 working days, but somehow it got to the destination in less than 24 hours :) Before I found ParcelDirect I was trying to arrange the shipment with DHL/UPS/FedEx directly, but none of them is doing parcel pickup. Last but not least. ParcelDirect price was way lower than if you would book directly with FedEx.
