You delivered my parcel to someone else and then said that I had to dispute the fact that it hadn't been received even though it was signed for my someone I didn't know who lived a mile away before you would accept it. You don't enable people to speak to you through the only phone number you give out which makes your life very easy and a customers very difficult.
