AVOID! Take away your royal status away! almost worse than Evri Sent 2 parcels (1 large and 1 small) from Scotland to wales and paid for express guarantee delivery as was items for our holidays for the kids that was too bulky for the plane etc and well where do I start! Small parcel was refused at the airport by CAA customs?!? Why on a plane when all other parcels sent go by lorry from Aberdeen not aircraft. So that’s not arrived nor will I see it again as the customer services say it’s now I. Limbo and no one can help! The large parcel which is main one as it’s be ybthings and clothes for the kids while here handed t moved in 2 days from Aberdeen then was scanned into Coventry on 3rd day so I though ok will be her on 4th day. Nope!!! On phone to then again and they now say that it’s a Saturday so it won’t be delivered as we haven’t paid for Saturday delivery! No we have t as it’s now 5 days since we sent them for next day guarantee delivery!! They saying they will try post to us now on Monday but not sure if that will be guaranteed?!? We leave back again on Tuesday so holiday ruined and no help from anyone! And all they needed to do was put it on a van drive 15 mins to be delivered and we could salvage this holiday! ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING SERVICE AMD WHAT DO TOU CHARGE MONEY FOR BEXT DAY DELIVERIES WHEN THATS MOT THE CASE AND NO CONSIDERATION!! Take money then not care about anything else!!

DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE 24-HOUR DELIVERY I paid extra for Parcelforce Worldwide 24-hour delivery service and it simply hasn’t worked. The parcel was due yesterday. There was no delivery, no meaningful update, and tracking showed it nowhere near its destination. Today the tracking has changed to say it is “due to be delivered” — but with no guarantee, just a vague “we will try.” I am going away on holiday today and relied on this guaranteed service. There is no proper mechanism to advise that I won’t be home, no clear option to divert to a local Post Office, and no straightforward way to request delivery to a neighbour. I want someone from Customer Complaints to contact me urgently and ensure this parcel (GI003380461GB) is delivered today. Very disappointing service, especially when paying for a premium 24-hour delivery. Avoid.

Booked a 24 Express delivery to send perishable items. Tracking did not update beyond " parcel collected" even after 24 hours. Had to call the help line; wait time was 45 minutes before someone answered. I was notified that it would be delivered the next day! Why pay extra for 24Express when the parcel was going to be delivered in 2 days? Never using the service again!

A parcel which was apparently delivered on Monday 12th Jan, was not actually delivered. I was in the house all day; no-one from Parcelforce delivered the parcel. Some Parcelforce deliverers seem reluctant to actually deliver to the door, and prefer to take a 'treasure hunt' approach to delivery; this has resulted in parcels being left in ridiculous places like our recyling bins and black refuse bin...or just the rain. Despite our house being manned daily, we repearedly have the challenge of a perverse race to find our potential new belongings before they head to landfill or recycling. This missing parcel was sent by my niece to my daughter, for her birthday, so well done, Parcelforce, for your supremely cruddy efforts. I do wonder whether it is a coincidence that on the day of our delivery, we had to take letters incorrectly delivered to our house, up the road to their rightful recipients. This app says 'add photos'. I couldn't decide between a photo of the crying birthday girl, the suitably livid and disappointed niece, or me tottering around the garden rummaging through the recycling and the black bin. In the end I decided not to bother, because, after being run in ridiculous circles by the brilliantly avoidant Post Office complaints process, I am not fully convinced that any humans actually exist at Parcelforce HQ. As you were, back in the 1970s and 80s, preferably...

Royal Mail Hi Patricia Robertson We have received your parcel EA001450111GB from Computer Orbit Ltd and it is now being processed to leave the UK. Order number CO485841 This message was sent by email on 2 December. Since then I have received no further information. The tracking details stop at 2 December. This was a Christmas present for my grandson. It is now Boxing Day. To say I am disappointed with Parcelforce and Royal Mail would be an understatement. I receive parcels within much shorter time frames from Third world countries. What has happened to the alleged efficiency of British Mail? Please respond to this email and advise me where this parcel is. Patricia Robertson Parcelforce are adept at avoiding any communication regarding non delivery

I stayed home all day waiting for my parcel. I have a live camera and left a note on the door asking the parcel to be left there. The driver never came, yet I received an email saying I wasn’t home and that a card was left — which is not true. There was no delivery attempt, no card, and no way to contact anyone through the online service. While I don’t blame the driver personally, ParcelForce’s system and customer service are misleading and unreliable.

Absolutely useless delivery company. Have now taken to ignoring your delivery options request. Can’t be bothered going into it all but the sooner this company goes bust and Amazon take over the better. And would I re-employ any of them? Not a chance

Truly appalling. Booked a delivery from mainland England to Northern Ireland. “Express 24?” “Express 5 days and counting!” Given widely different windows for collection. 5 hours after they actually collected, I got an email apologising for not collecting! Then all the tracking details said “not collected.” If they are to be believed (they’re not) it took more than 24 hours to travel less than 30 miles. Then more confusion. The messages said they’d tried to deliver to the gentleman in Northern Ireland and would “try to re-deliver” when eventually another post showed the item was still in the UK! 5 days to travel not particularly far and at the time of writing it still hasn’t arrived Truly monumentally incompetent, avoid at ok costs!

Absolutely dreadful service — twice in a row I’ve now had to reschedule my parcel collection twice because Parcelforce drivers keep turning up without the label, even though I clearly selected the “bring my label” option on the website both times. Each time, the driver simply says they don’t have the label and that I should “call customer service.” I’ve now been waiting on hold for 46 minutes and counting just to fix something that should have been straightforward. The whole process is incredibly frustrating — there’s clearly a serious communication issue between the booking system and the drivers. What’s the point of offering a “bring my label” option if it’s never honoured? Very disappointed. I expected a reliable, professional service — not this level of confusion and wasted time.

paid for 24 hour delivery and got message that they'd tried to deliver and we weren't in. As we have workmen working on the property we were in they just didn't try to deliver so message was nonsense. Next delivery being offered was 4 days away. Spent well over an hour trying to contact someone to strongly complain but unable to physically speak to anyone. Filled in online form and spent ages trying to click on images to get through Captcha - another piece of nonsense. Used to think Evri was bad but Parcelforce now much worse !!

I thought 24 hour delivery meant 24 hour delivery, Not 2 days, or 4 days.. Parcelforce are unreliable and they are dishonest. If there's a problem with loss or damage they don't take responsibility and their customer service is appalling...Evri has really improved its level of service and is way better than Parcelforce.. The drivers are miserable sods too.. I won't be using them again.

Claimed address inaccessible, normal Royal Mail delivered ok , Amazon delivered ok. Parcelforce is the worst company. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with parcelforce. To cap it all no way to contact them except AI useless

Disgusted by parcel forces delivery service I would never suggest to anyone to use this company, I paid a customs charge then the tracking reproduced a payment charge so there for they would not deliver my parcel even though I paid a customs charge there customer service is diabolical and just be prepared they will drain you for days mentally sending you on a while goose chase I suppose when you pay pnuts you end up getting a bunch of monkeys

Shitiest delivery company ParcelForce is consistently disappointing. The driver doesn’t even bother to knock or call before marking parcels as “undeliverable.” I updated the Royal Mail app with clear safe place instructions, but these were completely ignored. This isn’t a oneoff issue it has happened multiple times, and it’s very frustrating. Customers shouldn’t have to chase their own parcels when drivers can’t be bothered to try. Very poor service.

Parcel force courier stole my parcel ( £100 in the drain ) . Parcel was book to be collected on 12/09/2025 and the Courier come and collected without scanning it . Now the parcel is not in the system. When you call the Parcel force customer service ( after 1 hour of waiting on the phone ) nobody listen to you or try to help you , not even to call the local depot to check .I'll never ever use them again!!!

Parcel Force – probably the worst company I have ever dealt with, they are incompetent, lack integrity and I guess have serious problems! My item promptly arrived in the UK from Germany via DHL taking 5 days and cleared customs 2 days later but it has now been in the hands of Parcel Force for 10 days. I paid a customs fee and selected delivery Monday 15 September. I waited all day but there was no delivery. Tuesday afternoon 16 September I viewed Parcel Force track and trace, it said delivery was attempted at 11:51 and the driver left a card. I was not home because I had no idea they would be calling and a card was not left. Next, I re-booked delivery for Wednesday 17 September, viewing Parcel Force track and trace that day at 13:00 it said delivery was attempted at 11:31 and the driver left a card. I was home, nobody called and no card was left (I guess they did not really call on Tuesday 16 September either?). It is very difficult to contact a Parcel Force advisor by telephone because they use an obfuscated automated system (on 1 occasion after 47 minutes waiting on the telephone I disengaged). I completed complaints forms and sent letters of complaint by recorded delivery. Friday 19 September I received an email from the Escalated Customer Resolution Team saying the item would be delivered Saturday 20 September - it did not happen. Parcel Force seems to be attempting to build a fake history of delivery attempts and therefore I can only assume something is amiss. Has the item been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, and is Parcel Force attempting to avoid refunding the import fee by orchestrating a fake delivery history? I have tried to be really reasonable, saying on more than 1 occasion if Parcel Force provides detail of the depot where my item is located in Manchester. Then I would be willing to collect myself, but I have heard nothing – it all seems very nefarious and suspicious! This may become a county court matter.
