“Evil liers they say attempted delivery made and card left and I was in all day and no one came and this happened again on the second day now they say parcel returned to depot which is 9 miles away and I have no car so I have to catch a train and a bus to get there this company needs to be shut down”
“Worst delivery drivers ever. They don’t even bother delivering your parcels to your doors they just dropped them to the local post office without even leaving a card in your letter box!”
“Shocking really.. They said they attempted delivery but didnt! This only showed up on the tracking the day after the supposed attempted at delivery?? We have cctv and a video doorbell so no attempt was made at all.. just lies to keep the paying customer onside. second time in a month this has happened with 2 deliveries so 100% rubbish. Poor service, Poor tracking just a shocking service full stop...”

“Don’t use these people! Worst delivery ever! Waiting for my parcel to be delivered for three days now and they can’t due to insufficient delivery address. Eventhough everything was given to them correct, Post Code/Number and road. At the end I called them only to tell me that they didn’t know why the driver couldn’t find the Road, and they could send the parcel the next day to our local Post office. Avoid!”
“Someone please shut this company down its really that bad! they are the worst delivery service... They tell 3 to 4 different random times your item is ment to arrive... Then lie saying they attempted to deliver it... An left a card.... I didn't even get a card... There sooo soo baad an I've experienced this with them before had no idea my item was being delivered by them. I do t even usaully write reviews like this they are just tthhaatt bad!!”
“This company is not even worth being a business, they are absolutely useless in the strongest terms.
Booked a collection with the option for the driver to bring the label - the driver turns up without the labels so could not allow them to collect the bags as previous parcels got lost without the labels on.
The system then prevents me print the labels myself because the depot will bring them, just a vicious cycle.
The customer service team do not a view of the page I'm seeing so cannot help because the reference I have is different to what they are expecting. Asked for my address and cannot still see the order in their system.
Missed the cargo flight the parcels were supposed to be on, still sitting here waiting for the driver to turn up, I bet he will turn up AGAIN without the labels.
Pathetic pathetic pathetic”
“Same old story with parcel force. No attempt to deliver, no card left. Apparently they came by when I was stood outside my house waiting for them. Shoddy business tactics from a shoddy company. Hopefully a new courier will rise up and put parcel force out of business”
“I am expecting a parcel since Friday.
As per the tracking history delivery was attempted twice (no email or text message received and I did not even know the parcel was handed to Parcel Force if I had not contacted DHL) and a post card was left. I was always at home, none came and no post card was left.
I phoned yesterday and asked to deliver my parcel to local post office and again this morning delivery was attempted. I called up and someone was going to investigate. I received a voice message saying to call back to re-arrange a delivery because post office was closed. When I called back I was told to call later because the parcel was not at the depot. I called back and I was told "the driver has changed route but no worries, you will receive it today" without even listening what happened and when I said "I was given a different information" the answer was "well, this is the information I am giving to you now" in a very rude way.
I am very disappointed, I understand delays can happen but you should train your team to find solutions, rather then giving rude answers. This is very poor customer service, it is ridiculous, very disappointed.”
“Posted a parcel Express Delivery to Germany on 21 December. Paid over £70 for it to be delivered before Christmas. It never left the UK but was returned to us today (14 January) with a note saying the addressee had refused delivery. I have already filled in a complaint form for late delivery (having already spoken to their rude customer services). No response to this complaint and no way to update the complaint once submitted.
Don’t use Parcelforce.”
“I waited at home all morning, then receiving a text saying
'We attempted to deliver your parcel on Thursday 10th December 2020 at 11:34 but no one was available. Your parcel will either have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next'.
But the driver never rang the bell and didn’t leave a card, so I don’t know what to do next.
There’s no customer service to talk to. This service is appalling.”
“A young lady delivered a very heavy land rover tyre to my son’s house this morning - not remarkable in itself. That the road was closed at the time and that she had to roll it 100m down the road to get to the house showed real commitment. Well done her!”
“I wish I could leave 0 stars. How is this awful company in business? First delivery not honoured. A check on the tracking site said delivery had been attempted twice. Lies. Not only was I waiting in, but there was someone working on the driveway all day. Next check indicated a further "attempted delivery " the following day. More lies, again neither myself or the person working on the driveway saw a van all day. No forms were left in any of these claimed attempts so rescheduling was not possible. All attempt to communicate are dealt with by a BOT which repeats the story of failed delivery attempts. Having found a phone number I waited 25 mins for someone to answer, who repeated, presumably from the printed sheet in front of him, that there had been attempts to deliver. When I pointed out how unlikely it was that 3 that three consecutive drivers had failed even to leave the required form, the poor man kept apologising, clearly having no means to deal with the issue. This is not mere incompetence, it's blatant fraud, and a glance at accompanying reviews should alert the regulator.”
“Received a Delivery attempted text, despite us all being in , no message left in post box to prove a delivery had actually been attempted. No idea where my parcel is now, no idea when it is going to be re- delivered, All customer services closed because it’s a public holiday and showing their compete disregard to customer service.”
“Always late.....never ever seem to be able to deliver anything on time.....i now cringe everytime i have a parcel being delivered to me by them....do not use!!!”
“Couriers are the ultimate downfall of e-commerce.
I booked with Parcelforce because I thought they had a good reputation, and I used Trustpilot to conclude that—mistake number one.
Ultimately, the order I shipped to an eBay customer in Wales using a 24-hour Parcelforce label was not delivered because the driver couldn't find the address. A postcode with ten houses, which he apparently couldn't find, now deemed as the incorrect address for an eBay customer who has over a 1000 buying feedback score. The driver couldn't be bothered to locate the correct house, and now, four days late, the order sits in the Parcelforce sorting office with "error" on the tracking.
I contacted Parcelforce, and they wouldn't hold the driver accountable nor contact the buyer to confirm the location. I'm informed that Parcelforce drivers do not have work mobile phones but are allowed personal mobile phones.
My advice, avoid Parcelfarce.”
