“They tell me they will deliver on Tuesday. We waited all day and they never came. They turned up on Wednesday afternoon when no one was around. They claimed to leave a red slip with details about the next delivery attempt but that was never left. They attempted to deliver the next day without warning, and again no one was in, but no slip left. Their tracking kit doesn't update properly and the customer support staff are as useless as a lead balloon.”
“Absolutely useless telephone for over an hour still no reply. Waiting for medical supply, waited in for 3 days no parcel eventually after arranging 2 delivery dates, found out parcel was held at depot. Only instructions I had was will deliver next day , do they expect you to stand by door for 24/7”
“The worst delivery service I had ever experienced. Company lost my wine fridge. A driver didn’t scan the parcel and it just disappeared. It says in personal account that no one opened a door when drives came to pick up the parcel. I was trying to contact company for a month and I only got responds «someone will contact you”. Only when I started to wring 10 complains email per week parcel force started to reply me. I provided CCTV records where you can see the driver caring my parcel. But company said that I don’t have evidences that the driver took my parcel”
“I have waited 3 consecutive days without leaving my house, and the driver says that he has come to pick up the parcel, but I was not here. And it is not true. We have cameras on the doors, and they do not come, but they lie. Very bad service, and the driver is very rude.”

“I recently sent a painting over to France, paid a whopping £50 for it to be delivered on time. 9 days later it’s still in the depot and I’ve lost the opportunity to be in a gallery and a good few hundred pounds cause they couldn’t be bothered sending it on time.

“This company is ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!!!! I sent a pack from the US TO THE UK, and the delivery driver sent my very sentimental package to the wrong house!! It was very upsetting! When I sent Parcel Force my issue, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Luckily, the person I sent the package to, located the house where the package was sent (across the street 🤦🏽♂️), and retrieved the package. Otherwise, Parcel Force knowing it was at fault, was going to wash their hands with the issue. Awful customer service!”
“I rarely leave reviews, but after my recent experience with Parcelforce, I feel compelled to share just how frustrating and disappointing their service has been.
I had specifically selected a delivery day through their system and stayed home all day, waiting—only to later find out they claimed they “couldn’t deliver” the parcel. No one knocked, no one rang the bell, and most frustratingly, no delivery card was left. Their excuse? That the driver might have had trouble locating my address. This is absurd—my address is easy to find, and I've received countless deliveries from Parcelforce in the past without issue.
Their generic apology message feels completely insincere. It's clear they didn’t make a proper delivery attempt and left me wasting an entire day for nothing. I had to chase up the parcel myself, with no clear information or accountability from them.
For a delivery company, failing to even attempt delivery properly is unacceptable. I expected better, especially from a service that many people rely on for important packages. Absolutely not impressed is an understatement.”

“They asked what is my preference to deliver my parcel, so I picked to delivery to my neighbour. for last two days, they didn't try any of my neighbours and just straight to tell me there is no one in home. yes, i know it is no one in home that's why I picked to deliver to the neighbours. The system said the driver supposed to leave me a card, i never see the any cards for last two attempts. So no parcel, no cards. I don't know what I can do about it. I will be more happy if I got the card so at least I can know what is my options. I have to imagine to have a card to try my lucks in the web site. It is not a good service and the delivery person was not good enough to do their job, or at least bother to leave a card in my mail box. terrible service.”
