2 recent tracked deliveries were late and sat in the depot. Not very impressed.

I received a letter 5/2/24 (dated 23/1/24) stating that I owed Import Duty. I paid that import duty immediately only to receive a letter today, 14/2/24 (dated 7/2/24) saying that, as I haven't paid the import duty the parcel is being returned to sender. The duty was paid by credit card (logged 6/2/24), so I have supporting evidence. If they actually delivered their own correspondence in a timely manner it would have saved this huge inconvenience. Not good.

the website is an ABSOLUTE FRUSTRATION! It doesn't answer anything that I need to know i.e. When is my parcel being delivered. There are so many options on what could be wrong non of which answer my question. Get ride of the AI and employ people for customer service. Angry and frustrated.

Due to the extreme heat on Tues I completely understand why my delivery didn't happen. However, what I am taking exception to is my delivery was to be between 10:18 - 11:18 and at 11:13 on the tracking system it stated that the delivery was tried but coukd number delivered. I was sitting waiting for the door to knock. So I understand the postman saying its too hot I'm really sorry I can't deliver today. What has totally annoyed me is the lie.

a bad experience with Parcelforce, What went wrong? Help future customers by talking about customer service, price, delivery, returns & refunds. In the past I've had good service and it's other carriers I've had to complain about. Sadly, today, it's parcel force that has let me down. Promised parcel should have arrived between 14.00 and 15.00 (informed by email) no parcel has arrived. It makes me sadder because I often praise that company to others and prefer to use parcel force because of its "Britishness" I noticed that I could track the driver at first then, suddenly, a message popped up, loss of service. I then expected what would happen. I'm not going to get my parcel Sneaky... I actually don't mind it being late or even delivered the day after as I'm stuck indoors most of the time with health problems, but I will not accept broken promises.

I receive deliveries regularly for self-employed work. Constantly late, partial consignments, bashed about, tracking not updated so I am stuck in all day waiting and can't schedule other work activities. Using covid as an excuse to have zero customer service guarantee eg paying extra for nextday delivery but having no comeback if it isn't on time and costs me trade. Only has any stars at all because some of the delivery chaps are quite nice when they bring whatever they have. Hermes is bad but they don't add insult to injury by charging stupid money too.

Sent a parcel out on the 25th Aug,Paid extra for next day delivery £17.95.Phoned the customer the next day No Parcel.Checked the tracking number and instead of being sent to Newcastle it ended up at Milton Keynes depot.Called the depot and a guy from customer services apologised and said he would get it sorted and send it straight away.Called the depot again today and spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed that her colleague hadn't even logged it on to process.Not Happy one bit,she as now sorted it for me today.If it wasn't for her kind help you would of got no stars.

Parcelforce didn’t leave a card when had to and I had to call them more than 5 times to get my parcel. I even had to travel to other side of city to collect it instead of parcel being delivered to me

Did not follow delivery instruction to leave parcel in porch,did not ask next door to accept parcel, ticked box on failed delivery card stating would attempt delivery next day which did not happen so had to collect from a post office a mile away where he had left parcel.

It took me forever to get my parcel. When I had a look online with my tracking number, it said they have tried to deliver it. But no one left any note saying they attempted delivery. So I had to phone them up and ask them to leave my parcel at the local post office as I was at work by the time they would try to deliver it again. The lady on the phone assured me,that by the time I got home, I will have the parcel at the post office and a note saying where the parcel is. I got home, no sign of note, no parcel, nothing at all. So I run to the post office to find out there is no parcel for me either. I rang the company and they told me, that my parcel has been delivered. So I told them that's not possible as I wasn't even at home. I have been told that my parcel is with my neighbours. How was I supposed to find it out without a note saying where they left my box? Worst delivering company I have even used !

This is a follow up review to my scathing previous comments. I managed to find a really helpful customer service person, (after a long wait). She arranged a post office pick up which I was happy to do and an hour later the parcel was delivered to the door. Very bizarre service but there you go. I think they need to sort themselves out quite frankly.

I HAVE BEEN HAVING BAD EXPERIENCES WITH PARCELFORCE LONDON SOUTH EAST DEPOT. YESTERDAY FOR THE THIRD TIME THEY WERE CLAIMING THAT THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG AND THAT WASN’T TRUE AND CLAIMING THAT THE DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER BUT THE ADDRESSEE REFUSED THE PARCEL THAT WASN’T TRUE EITHER. HOWEVER YESTERDAY AFTER WAITING FOR THE ALL DAY THE DRIVER REPORTED AGAIN THAT THE ADDRESSEE REFUSED THE PARCEL I WAS SO DEPRESSED. I CONTACTED LONDON SOUTH EAST DEPOT THE LADY I SPOKE WITH SLAMMED THE PHONE IN MY EARS, I THEN CONTACTED PARCEL FORCE CENTRAL LONDON THE LADY I SPOKE WITH WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL SHE MANAGED TO TRACK THE DRIVER AND MY PARCEL WAS DELIVERED LATER THAT EVENING. FOR THE FIRST TIME A PARCEL FORCE DRIVER CALLED ME TO COLLECT MY PARCEL FROM DOWN STAIRS. AND LATER THE CENTRAL LONDON DEPOT LADY CALLED ME TO FIND OUT IF I HAVE RECEIVED MY PARCEL. I NEVER TOOK HER NAME BUT I SALUTE HER AND I WISH ALL PARCELFORCE STAFF WERE LIKE HER. I GIVE THAT KIND LADY FIVE STARS 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 PARCEL FORCE STAFF SHOULD LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE COZ COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY AND IT SOLVES A LOT OF PROBLEMS IF YOU WANT TO BE HELPED BY PARCEL FORCE CONTACT CENTRAL LONDON PARCEL FORCE PERIOD

Parcel was damaged in Transit. I entered the information required which failed. And in failure to provide explanation, Lauren my customer service representative, hung up on me. The other day, however, I did have some very useful customer service.

ordered milk for my son, was supposed to arrive on the next day (24h service) and next day they sent me a text saying that it will arrive the following day. so where s your 24h delivery that I paid for?? total waste of money

Gave instructions to leave with neighbour 07:35 hours, recorded on Parcel Farce web site. 12:56 driver took parcel back to Post Office. For a communications company their internal communications are garbage. Add to that the useless web site and email links to tracking pages that just have a row of yellow dots displayed and you have the lash up that is "Great Britain's Favourite" parcel "service".

Very unhappy with the Parcelforce courier service or shall I say: lack of the courier service. I've ordered an express next day delivery on Saturday, but my parcel has never been picked up. Despite the collection window 11-16.00pm, a courier showed up at 10.00am and never came back. I re-scheduled the pick-up for a different day just to get an email 24hrs later than they're unable to collect my parcel as I paid for the express delivery on Saturday, but the day after re-scheduled pickup is not Saturday...duh? Looks like the worry more about the bureaucracy than an actual service. Just requested a refund, will see how long will that take. Special thanks to Bart, Luis, Antonio, Helena - nice and polite customer service, useless, however, if not delivering the parcels.

I had arranged an international shipping through Parcel Monkey and PW was the courier used by them to make this transfer. Two days after collection -which was fast and the staff very polite- 1no. box was returned to the initial address cause the label (provided to them by PM) was duplicated and they couldn't send. They left it with me to contact PM and resolve, they wouldn't take ANY responsibility for having the labels and scanning them in the first place. Two weeks later I am still awaiting a solution, while the box is left at my old address. Very poor customer service and lack of coordination.

The main problem with ParcelForce is the amount of time taken to sort the items and move them on to the next stage. The last few packages I have received have all spent over 24 hours in the national hub. Collection and sorting also adds 1 or 2 days. On the plus side I notice that "out for delivery" usually is efficient. Over 4 days for a main route ParcelForce! How come DHL manage this in under 24 hrs? Estimated delivery was Monday but the small package arrived Wednesday. Package was undamaged and had not been bashed around.
