First delivery attempt 1 day late. Driver claimed not to find the address (driver either a moron or a liar). SMS message sent to home phone, which didn't work. Redelivery after 3 days (weekend) preceded by another SMS message to an audio phone (which didn't work again). Driver came down our half-mile farm track like a bat out of hell, didn't slow down in the farm yard, and went out the other side down an unmade track. Driver came back, and stopped when I forced him to, skidding to a standstill 3 feet from me. The item was then in the back of the van. No apology for late delivery or his dangerous driving.

I was expecting a delivery for the 11th May, I waited in all day nothing arrived by 4:45 so I called them. After a lengthy phone call wait I was redirected to the local office, my delivery could not be found on that day's delivery list (because I did not have my tracking No) after a long time it occurred to the parcel force employee to check the depot list, sure enough it had been delivered the day before. Because of parcel numbers it had been decided to deliver my parcel on another day without informing me. I asked the parcel force employee if I could re-direct the delivery to another address and he put the phone down on me. I then spent another hour trying to ring the depot again but could get through because they were not answering calls and my call was then re-directed to Milton Keynes and London Central at this point I could do nothing but spend 40 minutes and drive to the depot. On arrival to the depot it took 20 minutes for the person in front to be served and another 20 minutes for me to receive my parcel.

Timeslot delivery DOES NOT WORK, yet they continue to use it. I received a Time slot delivery by text message at 8:10am on day of delivery (12:00 to 13:00). I received an update text message at 11:28am with a revised delivery of 11:58 to 12:58, at which point I was on my way home to receive the parcel. At 11:43am I received another text message to say Parcelforce have attempted to deliver the parcel but no one is home. I immediately called Parcelforce and found out they actually attempted delivery at 11:23am. Incredible that I received the delivery update 5 minutes after they tried to delivery!!!!! I requested that the driver redeliver and they said they would text him. On further conversations they all blamed the new system they were trialling. Interestingly I had exactly the same problem 3 months earlier with the same excuses. Its a terrible service, but the driver did return within an hour and deliver my parcel which is the only reason I can gave 2 stars.

Being prepared for the volume of parcels during the Xmas period is fundamental to the success of a delivery business. It seems Parcelforce were unable to do this and the lack of information compounded the issue. There are very good delivery operators out there but Parcelforce is not one of them.

Stressful and unpleasant experience.. Luckily my parcel wasn't lost nor stolen or damaged. Nice and polite assistants and driver but... The problem was with the lack of information about the delivery time and its progress. My parcel was supposed to come on the 12 of September. For the whole day I was literally standing by the window, waiting to see the car, since the parcel was extremaly important for me. However, the parcel did not come. I had no phonecall, no information/card left by the driver. At 9PM I read the update on the tracking website, that my parcel is back in the depot, because of problems with the address identification. Next day I called the office and heard, that the previous day, the driver "run out of time" - so unprofessional. I got the parcel on the next day. If there is too many parcels and the delivery cannot be done, then the customer should be informed. If you can see, that you have too many parcels in the depot, inform the customer about it and promise next day delivery or even later, but be sure to have it done. It is better than giving some false information and causing people lose their important time.- Lack of the respect toward the client. The lack of contact with the driver is scandalous to me. Even the assistant in the office whom I called said, that they have no way of contacing the driver. I believe that Parcelforce Worldwide has a chance to become a trustworthy company. I suggest starting with improving the communication within the firm. So basic, yet so crucial for the prosperity of every firm.

First of all was asking for my parcel to be left at my neighbour as I am working 8-5, but they tried to redeliver it.I booked redelivery for saturday but no one showed up or left any card.I have sent an email for customer support but haven't recieved any reply.Booked another redelivery, finally came to me.

ParcelForce hold my package EM998683601RO without scanning since February 27 like. The item has been exported from Romania since February 26 and ParcelForce keep advising the sender to inquire in its country. It's absurd! I keep reading on forums that UK and Germany have this issue of delaying or not scanning in time EMS packages. How is that possible for this fee we pay? What should I do, use a "better" service, fill a complaint and wait 3 months to get my money back? Or they should look better in their yard where the packages are lost by unprofessional employees?

Booked 48 hr delivery On Monday Several phone calls picked up on Wednesday Delivered next day on Thursday Cannot fault phone staff 5 stars cannot fault delivery driver 5 stars It's what happens in between booking and picking up

i was left a card saying company attempted delivery but no one at home and to call to arrange another delivery day. Rang company and arrranged it but next day driver turned up and when I mentioned I didn't expect the parcel today and had arranged it for tomorrow he was so rude in the way he spoke and proceeded to roughly handle the large parcel that he would not listen to me. It's a good job the item was not that fragile as I don't know what the state it would be in. At no point was I rude to him but he came accross as having a bit of an attitude because of the situation. I explained I had called Parcelforce to arrange a day but he would not listen telling me that the call centre had not relayed this message to the drivers and stormed off leaving the large parcel half in and half out of the doorway. This driver has delivered numerous parcels to our address with never a problem and I can only summise that because he had to come back with a large parcel he was not at all happy. This is no excuse for the way he spoke to me and because of his actions I am very reluctant to use this company again nor will I recommend them. The phone calls I made to re arrange this parcel has been a waste of time as I called the company when he left and was told they had no record of me calling although the call handler the day before had confirmed delivery for the day I asked for. Not happy.

Not very good at all. Nobody picked up a box for the entire day. I left a message using the form on the Contact Us page. It was never answered. I called the local depot three times; each time I was told that somebody would call me to arrange a time for pick. Nobody ever called. I suppose it is difficult to change a public service mammoth bureaucracy like the Post Office into a private service gazelle, but after so many years of trying the performance should be better than it is. On two occasions the local depot 'could not be contacted' and somebody else answered.

If anything, I would love to be able to know before I buy anything, if it is going to be send via Parcel Force, because then I am 100% sure I will not buy it...Their delivery service is terrible, the delivery guy came to my house and then did not even care to ring the bell, he just knock and by the time we realized he was there, he was gone!!!!, We called and after 45 minutes we were told that the parcel was going to be deliver the next day and left in the place I told them as I was not going to be about....not so, they left another delivery note...here we go again, I decided to do it through the internet and change the date to a week later so that we could be here...not so, they decided to deliver on Saturday and God only knows where did they try to deliver because no delivery note was left and now the site says that my house is unoccupied ..OMG,...and this is not the first time..terrible, appalling service!!!
