The main problem with ParcelForce is the amount of time taken to sort the items and move them on to the next stage. The last few packages I have received have all spent over 24 hours in the national hub. Collection and sorting also adds 1 or 2 days. On the plus side I notice that "out for delivery" usually is efficient. Over 4 days for a main route ParcelForce! How come DHL manage this in under 24 hrs?
Estimated delivery was Monday but the small package arrived Wednesday.
Package was undamaged and had not been bashed around.
