I receive deliveries regularly for self-employed work. Constantly late, partial consignments, bashed about, tracking not updated so I am stuck in all day waiting and can't schedule other work activities. Using covid as an excuse to have zero customer service guarantee eg paying extra for nextday delivery but having no comeback if it isn't on time and costs me trade. Only has any stars at all because some of the delivery chaps are quite nice when they bring whatever they have. Hermes is bad but they don't add insult to injury by charging stupid money too.
