They asked what is my preference to deliver my parcel, so I picked to delivery to my neighbour. for last two days, they didn't try any of my neighbours and just straight to tell me there is no one in home. yes, i know it is no one in home that's why I picked to deliver to the neighbours. The system said the driver supposed to leave me a card, i never see the any cards for last two attempts. So no parcel, no cards. I don't know what I can do about it. I will be more happy if I got the card so at least I can know what is my options. I have to imagine to have a card to try my lucks in the web site. It is not a good service and the delivery person was not good enough to do their job, or at least bother to leave a card in my mail box. terrible service.
