This company is ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!!!! I sent a pack from the US TO THE UK, and the delivery driver sent my very sentimental package to the wrong house!! It was very upsetting! When I sent Parcel Force my issue, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Luckily, the person I sent the package to, located the house where the package was sent (across the street 🤦🏽♂️), and retrieved the package. Otherwise, Parcel Force knowing it was at fault, was going to wash their hands with the issue. Awful customer service!
