They're adamant they delivered my parcel, yet can't give any proof of it: they didn't take a photo like the other courriers do, so I don't even know if they have delivered at the right address, or left it in plain sight at the door to be stolen.
Needless to say that I never got my parcel and there's not even the possibility to get in touch with them about the issue. Useless service
