Nothing new to report, just the usual lies about delivery attempt made and card left with instruction about what to do. Why do companies use this service, I wont buy from this supplier again. Friday afternoon, is there a pattern here.

As a data recovery company, I am genuinely disappointed with my experience working with Parcel Force. I have lost several customers due to their repeated failure to collect parcels on time. In some cases, I didn’t even receive a refund. Additionally, they lost a parcel that was critical to an important client, and they showed no sense of responsibility—simply repeating, "We're sorry, we couldn't find it." After 12 years of working with various courier services, Parcel Force has been the worst by far.

Contract Number HA6520809 The item was collected 17/6/25 around 4 PM and was received by the buyer on 18/6/25, arriving completely damaged. I am struggling to understand how an item that has been in my hallway for 8 years— went through two house moves and was still in perfect condition—could be destroyed in just 24 hours under your handling. After submitting a request for type of compensation, I waited 25 days without receiving a reply. Eventually, I managed to reach a very unhelpful customer service representative. Shortly after our unpleasant phone call, I received an email—what a coincidence! The email stated that my item was not covered by your policy, which essentially excludes everything except for non-vintage items made of wood or paper. I've learned my lesson: it was my first and last experience with Parcelforce. I've been telling my friends that the name says it all: your parcel will be handled with FORCE.

They tell me they will deliver on Tuesday. We waited all day and they never came. They turned up on Wednesday afternoon when no one was around. They claimed to leave a red slip with details about the next delivery attempt but that was never left. They attempted to deliver the next day without warning, and again no one was in, but no slip left. Their tracking kit doesn't update properly and the customer support staff are as useless as a lead balloon.

Absolutely useless telephone for over an hour still no reply. Waiting for medical supply, waited in for 3 days no parcel eventually after arranging 2 delivery dates, found out parcel was held at depot. Only instructions I had was will deliver next day , do they expect you to stand by door for 24/7

The worst delivery service I had ever experienced. Company lost my wine fridge. A driver didn’t scan the parcel and it just disappeared. It says in personal account that no one opened a door when drives came to pick up the parcel. I was trying to contact company for a month and I only got responds «someone will contact you”. Only when I started to wring 10 complains email per week parcel force started to reply me. I provided CCTV records where you can see the driver caring my parcel. But company said that I don’t have evidences that the driver took my parcel

I have waited 3 consecutive days without leaving my house, and the driver says that he has come to pick up the parcel, but I was not here. And it is not true. We have cameras on the doors, and they do not come, but they lie. Very bad service, and the driver is very rude.

Part of my order has not been delivered. For days I contacted customer service, who reassured me that parcel is going to be delivered on the days I made calls. Despite waiting it never came. It left me very upset and disappointed. Completely unreliable service. Still don’t know where is my parcel. 🥲

Supposedly made 2 attempts to deliver which is a total lie no cards left and I even took the morning off work for the 2nd attempt! Now got to travel 30miles to collect my parcel so why am I paying for delivery (joke of a company) we will now be asking all our suppliers to use another contractor to deliver even if we have to pay more!

Still waiting for a parcel that I should have received yesterday. I paid £5 to have the parcel delivered as it saved me a 25-mile round trip to pick it up and petrol would have cost me not far of the £5. I wish I had just collected the thing, three days and counting for a parcel to be delivered only 12 miles, it arrived at the delivery hub this morning, that is about 3 miles from the source.

I recently sent a painting over to France, paid a whopping £50 for it to be delivered on time. 9 days later it’s still in the depot and I’ve lost the opportunity to be in a gallery and a good few hundred pounds cause they couldn’t be bothered sending it on time. Horrendous company DO NOT USE

Shocking. Express 48 I assumed 48 hours… maybe it was 48 days. Non existent customer services. My parcel tracking says it’s been out for delivery 3 times but they tell me it hasn’t even left the sorting depot. Clowns.

I send some high value certificates to India. And it was tracked so I was a bit relaxed. All locations I viewed online, I’m so surprised because I thought how they manage it in India because main traffic is really high there. Today they delivered it to my house without any issues. I saw lots of bad reviews just now but for me it’s worked fine……Thank you Parcelforce 💐💐💐

This company is ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!!!! I sent a pack from the US TO THE UK, and the delivery driver sent my very sentimental package to the wrong house!! It was very upsetting! When I sent Parcel Force my issue, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Luckily, the person I sent the package to, located the house where the package was sent (across the street 🤦🏽‍♂️), and retrieved the package. Otherwise, Parcel Force knowing it was at fault, was going to wash their hands with the issue. Awful customer service!

I rarely leave reviews, but after my recent experience with Parcelforce, I feel compelled to share just how frustrating and disappointing their service has been. I had specifically selected a delivery day through their system and stayed home all day, waiting—only to later find out they claimed they “couldn’t deliver” the parcel. No one knocked, no one rang the bell, and most frustratingly, no delivery card was left. Their excuse? That the driver might have had trouble locating my address. This is absurd—my address is easy to find, and I've received countless deliveries from Parcelforce in the past without issue. Their generic apology message feels completely insincere. It's clear they didn’t make a proper delivery attempt and left me wasting an entire day for nothing. I had to chase up the parcel myself, with no clear information or accountability from them. For a delivery company, failing to even attempt delivery properly is unacceptable. I expected better, especially from a service that many people rely on for important packages. Absolutely not impressed is an understatement.

My packages did not arrive and the parcel force customer service did not help me. Completely incompetent, each operator told me to do something different. They are not even aligned on the procedures to follow.
