Was expected to wait in for 11 hours for delivery. No communication. Ridiculously difficult to talk to a human being, and when I did there was nothing they could do. Depot 45 minutes away only open 4pm -7pm, not open Saturdays or BH Mondays; after 3 missed deliveries I had to drag the kids to the depot after school on a Friday before the BH only to find out my parcel was still on the van until 6… there was no way I could contact the depot directly before setting out. All my fault, apparently. They didn’t even want to help or find a compromise.
