What disgusting service. Sadly a client used parcel force to send a package (next day). Delivery was shown to be between 7.40 and 8.40pm (to an office building). We however waited and guess what??? At 8pm apparently the parcel was sent back!! No card. No explanation. The phone lines take 35 mins to 1 hour to get through to someone useful. WILL NEVER USE.
