Terrible customer service and management Terrible customer service and management, With new Brexit regulations I have sent a parcel and I could not lend the parcel in Greece, For that, I have asked the parcel to return to the UK and I'm waiting for nearly 2 months to receive my parcel back, and the funny thing is the still charging you £35.00 to return the parcel. Do not request a call back from the management, you won't receive it; don't bother sending e-mail, they don't reply. One thing they're very good at is, to reply to everything with the same email or message just look below every single complaint
