I was supposed to receive a parcel on the 3rd of January but it didn't happen. I decided to check the parcel status on the website and I discovered that the parcel has been delivered the 3rd of January and signed by someone else !!! How is that possible ???
Then, few days after, I called the customer service and in the meantime sent a request by email. The customer service told me that they will contact the driver to find out more and then call me back within 48 hours. I didn't get any feedbacks.
Today I called again and I'm supposed to get an update within the next 48 hours.
Today we are on the 12th of January and I still don't know what happened with my parcel. That is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
