Abysmal. Collection not made on scheduled day, no response to emails and telephone calls. Collection day rescheduled but failed again. Message back that driver attended was an outright lie. Rang complaints number only to have rude assistant saying there was nothing further to be done. Told that I couldn't take the matter any further and refused to give a supervisor's number.
Shambolic, rude, unhelpful and dishonest.
And no delivery.
