I rarely leave reviews, but after my recent experience with Parcelforce, I feel compelled to share just how frustrating and disappointing their service has been.
I had specifically selected a delivery day through their system and stayed home all day, waiting—only to later find out they claimed they “couldn’t deliver” the parcel. No one knocked, no one rang the bell, and most frustratingly, no delivery card was left. Their excuse? That the driver might have had trouble locating my address. This is absurd—my address is easy to find, and I've received countless deliveries from Parcelforce in the past without issue.
Their generic apology message feels completely insincere. It's clear they didn’t make a proper delivery attempt and left me wasting an entire day for nothing. I had to chase up the parcel myself, with no clear information or accountability from them.
For a delivery company, failing to even attempt delivery properly is unacceptable. I expected better, especially from a service that many people rely on for important packages. Absolutely not impressed is an understatement.
