Had a text saying delivery 07/06/17, took day off work, lost a days pay and guess what?... Never arrived! Called the Rotherham office and the poor girl who answered the phone didn't have a clue.
She said it was an automated text service, AND???
They won't let me change delivery address and now because I can't take another day off work I have to pick up from local PO. My next day off work is Monday, today is Tues!
UTTER RUBBISH.
Will never use.
