Worst courier company and customer service I ever experienced.
My package was supposedly delivered at my house 4 times over 2 days.
I was home the entire time and never heard anyone ring the bell/knock.
Their courier did not even leave any notes to tell me he dropped by or give me any indication of what I should do, so I am pretty sure he never even dropped by.
Through the online tracker I found out I was then supposed to pick up the parcel at a parcelshop (no further details). I contacted the Parcelforce customer service to complain and ask which parcelshop I should go to.
They just passed me on to another courier company that I should contact with yet another reference number and where not friendly at all.
