Absolute Joke, Sent a letter to Italy paid £47 for guaranteed next day delivery and took 5 days to arrive, not only did this cost me business it also cost me over £15000 in lost commission which i will never see again. Why advertise guaranteed next day if you cannot fulfil. Told me to put a claim in, whats the point ill maybe get my £47 back. DO NOT USE!!!!
