Dreadful business. Shipped to Sweden, paid for texts for 'out for delivery' and 'delivered'. Tracking claims they notified addressee to collect from a 'Parcelshop', my customer has heard nothing, Parcelforce deny all knowledge of a 'text advice system' although it's clearly on the internet booking form and they took my money for it.
If this is the best export service we have in the UK then, as a Country we are completely stuffed!
