I use several mailing companies and the delivery service and customer service at Parcelforce is well below the average. I have used them for sending and receiving mail, problems with late deliveries ( a few days, not just a few hours), no slips being left to say parcel is at the depot, receiving a slip to collect a parcel and then when I have went to collect it, it isn't even at the depot ready for collection yet. Any time I have contacted the customer service dept. I have just been passed from pillar to post and just given different excuses by each person. Todays mishap with them will be the last for me as I will no longer use them for sending any mail, this might cost a few £s more to use another company but at least I know from experience there will be less chance of any mishaps.
