Driver collected a large parcel and lost it right away....or theft.
Parcelforce lied to me telling they were trying to track it down, after two weeks as I call them they said the parc l was not yet declared or and there weren't any action taken to track it. Parcelforce doesn't care if your item is lost or stolen by their drivers, my advise to you is stay away from this company, dodgy drivers and dodgy management. Worst service ever experienced.
