The drop off times at numerous post offices around the Caerphilly area, has gone from bad to worse.
I went to the post office, was there at 13.20 only to be told that today's parcels have already been collected and the parcelforce driver won't be back. They need to advertise this fact instead of putting up a false front. It's appalling the service; shouldn't be allowed.
