They said they attempted delivery and left card. Then the item was returned to the sender. Totally appaling service. The sooner Royal Mail and Parcelforce go bust the better. Not even worth 1 star. My heart sinks when I see that an online trader is using them and I often don't buy if this is their preferred delivery carrier.
