Parcel Force are utterly incompetent and useless - been waiting since June for a parcel from the U.S. - passed from USPS to UPS and then onto Parcel Force- they hadn’t bothered to deliver it, hadn’t bothered to tell me - I found out it was sat in a post office “somewhere apparently” for a month! and now it’s on its way back to the USA !!! You really are a S***show Parcel Force - filed a complaint for what good it will do - now I’ll have to project manage my parcel back - they should be fined £500 for a non-delivery then they’d buck their useless ideas up !!!
