Fraud- avoid parcelmonkey
Parcel not successfully delivered. Sent 6thJan returned to UK 3rd Feb instead of 5days fast delivery. Also no communication about any issues that might have arisen. Terrible customer service, not helpful, no clue what they are doing. Worst courier ever, Parcel was dumped in a UK post office, no notification about return, nothing I only found out days after tracking again.
