Recipient refused delivery. Fair enough. But it was returned to silent depot Southampton 70 miles past my return address. I then couldn’t collect it for another two days. They were going to charge me £28 for redelivery back to me. Unbelievable. So had to stick &30 in my fuel to do 4 hour round trip to eventually pick it up. Sent it on express 24hr. By time I got it back, it was 12 days later! Never using service again.

Most horrible experience dealing with parcel monkey. Parcels not picked up. rescheduled they claimed. Again not picked up. Then customer service blames couriers and claim their is nothing they can do. Eventually i contacted the courier. With gret difficulty because parcel monkey did not give me the couriers reference only their internal order number. It was a nightmare experience because 17 parcels had to be picked up before a move. In the end it was picked up with extra help from the courier company 5 days late and with us waiting on the pavement because we had already vacated the premises. Parcel monkey sucks! never again. get your quotes through them but book directly with the courier. I would have saved myself 5 days of stress.

Scammers stay away. Took £53 out of my account through automatic payment,that I had no knowledge of!! Sent me email and Said I declared my parcel 45kg and that it was 57kg they were charging me for it. I had my label and it clearly said I declared it 13kg. The UPS driver had no problem lifting my 13kg parcel on his own too.lol I'm taking em to small claims court...where did they get 45kg??? Never use parcel monkey again!!! Scammers!!!

Fraud- avoid parcelmonkey Parcel not successfully delivered. Sent 6thJan returned to UK 3rd Feb instead of 5days fast delivery. Also no communication about any issues that might have arisen. Terrible customer service, not helpful, no clue what they are doing. Worst courier ever, Parcel was dumped in a UK post office, no notification about return, nothing I only found out days after tracking again.

The very definition of middle-men. Yes, you might get a cheaper rate with these guys than by going direct. But if something goes wrong, forget about it. Their customer support team are utterly incompetent, and dealing with your issue basically means 'sending an email to the courier'. If that doesn't resolve your problem, then tough luck as they simply won't do any more than that. The claims process is unnecessarily complex and they will do everything in their power to avoid paying you anything, even when they lose your parcels and fail to deliver the service you paid for. Cut them out, go direct with the couriers, you'll be glad you did in the long run.

Not just bad, appallingly bad. If there were a no star option I would have ticked that, most was down to hopeless Parcelforce but as Parcelmonkey use them it's their problem. I'm now persueing a compensation claim and have demanded my money back. After sales seems to be run from India and there is no hurry to help with every question getting an off the shelf reply, 28 calls,4 promises of delivery and 8 of call backs all lies. Avoid! Stop press! 5 days later and now this shower are hiding behind technicalities to deny me a refund! So their contract to deliver in 48hrs is it seems not worth a jot..in their eyes at least. A small claims court ( which is undoubtedly where this has to go) will I suspect disagree. Parcel monkey/Parcel force after sales = fob off and excuses nothing more, empty words and straight lies from beginning to sorry end, I would rather walk to collect a parcel than contemplate using these con artists again.

I would give them 0 if I could have. I sent a parcel of 2 handbags for a cousins wedding to Pakistan. The parcels never arrived in Pakistan. Instead they received a pair of boots. When I complained... they are extremely difficult to get hold of as they have no contact number, everything is done via live chat.... they did not resolve the situation at all. According to them, the parcel I had sent had been delivered. They closed down the query, no compensation, no nothing. These guys are a bunch of cowboys. Do Not use, or use at your own risk.

Your service is disgrace! I sent parcel from UK to my address in Italy. I gave you correct details but you made mistake on the label. I contacted you to report problem but you said it will be ok. It’s not. It was like talking to wall or robot, you were full of promises but no real help. You don’t deliver parcels yourself but you are supposed to do labels right and not make mistakes.
