Dreadful customer service.
I placed an order on 10th November and paid straight away via PayPal.

I received a message from parfumdreams on the 11th November to say they had cancelled my order as payment hadn’t gone through and they have me their bank details and said if I pay via their bank they will send my order.
I checked my PayPal and found the payment had gone through so I messaged them back and got another reply saying my order is cancelled.
I waited until today 18th November and I emailed them once again saying... if you are not going to send the item I ordered can you please refund my payment.
I got an almost instant reply again stating my order had been cancelled, then another one a few minutes later to say they would not be refunding me because I had cancelled.
Their customer service is shocking and I have now had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and if you do choose to use them pay by PayPal so you can claim your money back when parfumdreams refuses to help.
