Five days after ordering ,status is still showing as processing so I emailed explaining that the perfume was a Christmas present and that I was quoted 2 to 3 days delivery at the time of order, reply was an auto generated generic email advising it would take them several days to respond, not really very helpful,

Ich habe zwei Parfums bei ihnen bestellt, aber es wurde nur eines geliefert. Ich habe sie mehrfach über ihre Plattform und per E-Mail kontaktiert, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Schließlich musste ich ihren Kundenservice anrufen. Als ich fragte, ob der Kundenservice auf Englisch sprechen könnte, da mein Deutsch nicht fließend ist, war die Antwort unhöflich und abweisend. Trotz meiner Bemühungen, auf Deutsch zu erklären, dass ein Artikel aus meiner Bestellung fehlt und ich im Urlaub auf die Lieferung warte, wurde mir lediglich gesagt, ich solle „länger warten.“ Das ist inakzeptabel. Ich habe mich vor 3–4 Tagen bei ihnen gemeldet, und da die Weihnachtsferien näher rücken, mache ich mir Sorgen, dass das Problem nicht rechtzeitig gelöst wird. Diese Bestellung war als Geschenk gedacht, und die Verzögerung sowie der fehlende Kundenservice sind äußerst frustrierend. Es war ein Fehler meinerseits, bei ihnen zu bestellen, anstatt bei Douglas. Ich kann diese Plattform für den Kauf von Parfums absolut nicht empfehlen. ------------------------------------ I ordered two perfumes from them, but only one was delivered. I contacted them multiple times—via their platform and email—but received no response. Eventually, I had to call their customer service. When I asked if the representative could speak English because my German is not fluent, the response was rude and dismissive. Despite my effort to explain in German that one item from my order was missing and that I am on vacation waiting for this delivery, I was simply told to "wait longer." This is unacceptable. I reached out 3–4 days ago, and with the Christmas holidays approaching, I am concerned that this will not be resolved in time. This order was meant to be a gift, and the delay and lack of customer support are very frustrating. It was a mistake on my part to order from them instead of Douglas. I do not recommend this platform for buying perfume at all.

Vreselijke website. Bieden mooie producten aan, maar ik kreeg een LEGE verpakking toegestuurd. Na contact met de klantenservice (wat enorm moeizaam en traag verloopt) werd de schuld direct bij de vervoerder neergelegd. Onterecht, want de kartonnen doos eromheen is intact gebleven. Het ging echt om de lege verpakking van het product in de doos zelf. Ik wacht nu al langer dan 3 maanden op fatsoenlijke reactie om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Ik ontvang steeds meldingen dat het ‘in behandeling wordt genomen en naar de juiste afdeling wordt doorgezet’. Tevergeefs geen verdere reactie op mijn vraag voor terugbetaling of een nieuw product. Ik vrees dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben…

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I didn't received my order! They don't respond my emails! They viewed and ignored my Instagram message! Where is my order?? Don't buy from this brand, read the reviews on Trust Pilot, I was not the only one robbed by the Perfumdreams! I'm going to report you to the police!

Pathetic service. They take money and don't update about your parcel. The free gift mentioned in invoice was not there. Don't buy anything from this site.

24 days have passed since I returned their goods and several excuses later and still no refund. Do not recommend this company due to appalling customer service.

I just spent €72 on a bottle of perfume, that is most certainly not real , it's fake smells faintly like it should they must have watered it down as it's sold as a refillable bottle. They should not be allowed to scam people and take their money,where is trading standards they are getting rich ripping people off.

Klantonvriendelijk bedrijf! Na het bestellen van speciale, hypo-allergene make-up en creme, heb ik hier een allergische reactie op gehad. Parfumdreams.nl stond erop dat de artikelen retour moesten, al waren ze geopend. Met een ontstoken gezicht aldus onderweg naar twee GLS-punten die niet bleken te bestaan. Daarna verzocht aan Parfumdreams.nl om de rekening op te heffen en het daarbij te laten, dit kon volgens hun, ik quote: "zomaar niet", hoewel het een bijzonder vervelende situatie betrof. Naar mijn idee is empathie en klantvriendelijk het belangrijkste, en dat houdt soms ook in dat je met een klant meedenkt. Maar, het pakket moest en zou retour. Na een hoop ge-heen en weer zonder enig begrip, stond Parfumdreams.nl erop dat het alsnog retour moest, maar de gêste vanuit hun kant was dat het via een door mij gekozen vervoerder mocht. Zij zouden het door mij betaalde bedrag voor de retourzending naar mij overmaken. Ik heb het pakket de volgende dag gelijk weggebracht en de factuur gestuurd. Inmiddels wacht ik al ongeveer 3,5 week op het terugstorten van dit bedrag. Op 5 augustus heb ik ze wederom gemaild met de vraag waarom ik het nog niet retour het gehad, waarbij ik terug kreeg dat ze het druk hebben. Inmiddels zijn we álweer 10 dagen verder en heb ik het bedrijf verzocht het nu met spied te regelen. Kortom, als je bij een bedrijf wilt kopen dat klantvriendelijk is: doe het dan niet bij dit bedrijf. De prijzen zijn verleidelijk, maar als je in zo een situatie komt als ik, gaat er niets boven een bedrijf dat met je meedenkt en empathisch handelt. Dat is Parfumdreams.nl NIET.

I'm trying to cancel the yearly subscription of €10 but there is no way I can do that. It says log in into your account but it doesn't work. I'm just waiting to see if they'll take the 10 euros next week. Very dodgy

Total FRAUD, how is this website is still operating in Germany?! I have made a payment but it just told me the order is received. No tracking number or anything. 2 weeks have passed, tried to reach them by phone and email, just no answer. Do not order from there, SCAMMERS.

The buttons, the UI nothing is working. You hit a button and wait for 5 min to process. I have a voucher and I want to redeem it but SURPRISINGLY the voucher does not work!! I have sent an email. Of course nobody is approaching and solve my problem. Waiting for you to solve it immediately!

I have ordered products worth 455 euros last month, but no updates whatsoever! Emailed them 4 times, no response. Very bad customer service, and a very bad customer experience! It you will just save around 10 euros, please look somewhere else. They don’t care about your business.

Almost 10 days ago, I tried to order 2 parfumes from parfumdreams with the iphone app. I entered my credit card information, but at the end of the order process I got a technical error from their site. Afterwards I contacted their customer service multiple times via email and phone. First they blamed me and told that I probably did a mistake during the purchase process. Then they insisted that its my banks fault and I must contact my bank. I did that too and my bank stated that parfumdreams blocked the amount from my credit card. So they let the money stuck just without any reason. At the last time with the customer support they finally admitted that they have a problem with their credit card purchase system. And that this happens with multiple customers and I just have to wait more without giving me a timeline when I will get my money. And after I asked them why they didnt tell me that from the beginning on, they lied again and stated that they already told me that I will get my money. Just stay away from that company, their customer service is worst, they have problem with their system and if you draw the short straw, they do bot take the blame, you are the wrong one as customer.
