Worst Company ever, got debt collectors to harass me! This is my first review on this site and the sole reason I am writing is so that other people can be safe from this company. I ordered a perfume from this company in September 2021. The perfume never arrived. I got a refund from PayPal after raising a complaint. Had it just been this, I probably would have forgotten. The company got a debt collector agency involved and made up a false case against me stating I owe them money. The debt collecting company was in Germany and did not speak english. They kept harassing me and sending me letters stating my credit history will be affected and what not. Last month the case got transferred to the UK and I was finally able to get it closed after 7 stressful month

That's been my worst online shopping experience! I lost 75 EUR and 3,5 months of constant email exchanges and calls with this online shop. Placed an order end of Jan, didn't hear anything for several weeks, got in touch to find out that one product was out of stock, the reply from them was: "wait or cancel", decided to wait, in about a week received another message from them saying the product was back in stock and would be delivered within a few weeks, after a few weeks nothing happened, got in touch again and received same reply "the product is out of stock, wait or cancel". Decided to cancel and asked to reimburse to another card as the one I paid with was a prepaid card that got expired. Received confirmation that my new credit card details were sent to the Finance team. After a few weeks of not seeing the money got in touch to find out that the reimbursement was sent to the pre-paid card that got expired. Nobody in the customer service could help me with anything. I lost 75 EUR because of the terrible and absolutely incompetent customer service, misinformation and miscommunication! As mentioned in other reviews - customer services refuse to resolve any issue. Honestly THE WORST experience I've ever had. Never thought that could help to me in Europe. **AVOID**

I ordered a couple of hair products which I was charged for but never received the items!! I contacted though emails on plenty of occasions but they helped me! They said that the items were sent and delivered! When I checked with the currier they gave me a different address and signed by a person that I’ve no idea who it is! The company didn’t take any responsibility for delivering to a different address that I gave them! Never got my money back either! This company is a SCAM!! By reading the rest of the reviews it looks like I’m not the first one to buy products from them and NEVER received them!!! Thieves!! DO NOT ORDER from these thieves!!

Terrible customer service. I had ordered several products for Christmas presents and one did not arrive. I emailed them promptly with all the information. They didn't respond until 10 days later requesting that I send them a photograph of the actual box the products came in. After 10 days I had of course thrown the box out but I had given all the information as per their terms and agreement. They responded that they would not do anything until I sent them a photograph of the box shipped (ridiculous as they had all the information needed re the order). If they had this on their terms and conditions or if their customer had bothered to respond earlier than 10 days after my email, this may have been possible (although it is an unreasonable request which I have never heard of before from any company and given they had all the order information they needed). As a result, I have now paid them for a product I never received and they will not refund me. I will never ever use Parfum dreams again. Advance warning to all considering using them.

Please beware, this is a scam, I wish I could put 0 stars. it is a real joke but one thing for sure cheap things are very expensive. do not buy from them.

So frustrating! I ordered 2 items on 30.11.19 and I still didn't receive them. I tried to call them over and over again, wrote emails, messages and nothing. I spent over than 100 pounds and I didn't get any updates from them. It's not a serious company! Don't recommend!

Ordered and paid for 1 item on 5th December item arrived 19/12 returned item on 21/12via Royal Mail Postal Code IP28 6RX. Have made many calls to their german customer services. I posted a review on Trust Pilot of 1 star. Later I received a email stating my refund would follow in a couple of days. Today 9/1 they now say that they do not have my item back yet. Royal mail tracking shows the item at the delivery centre. Please do not buy from Perfumedreams as they NIGHTMARE

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY SELL FAKE PERFUMS/ THEY IGNORE CUSTOMERS/ I WAS WRITING THEM 100 times and waiting ages before they finally gave me refund which was not correct ( 5 pounds less). Better pay more and buy decent perfum in UK, we really don't need these scammersssssssssssss

It’s a scam website items very rarely arrive just make sure to pay through PayPal so they can’t scam you Customer service is also atrocious!

Company got our address wrong and royal mail sent the perfume back to the company before Christmas, this was confirmed by royal mail yet despite many attempts to get a refund we are still waiting for our money back and being fobbed off. Worst customer service ever

Items NEVER arrived! Told on the last day of potential delivery that ‘there were issues’ & that the items would take longer. A month later still no outcome. We ended up phoning, emailing, Twitter & Instagram to finally get some form of communication. We were then given endless ‘reasons’ to why it was delayed. However none of these stories matched. It took us reminding them of consumer rights, trading standards & recording every single attempt at communication to get some final outcome. Avoid at all costs! If I had seen the reviews before ordering I would never have done this. Such a shame. We will be forwarding on the experience to relevant agencies as it seems this is happening to so many.

This company is just a SCAM!!!! I ordered a fragrance for my husband's birthday costing over £200. Delivery was due to arrive by the 5th of January. I recieved an email saying it was just dispatched. I rang customer services and an arrogant rude lady replied it won't arrive till next week. She shouted that it was my fault that I did not read the policy. I am absolutely gobsmacked. Its 8th today still no update on delivery. Will be returning the parcel straightway and will request my money back. Avoid at all costs, I don't think this company is legit. Please avoid

Such a strange experience - this does seem to be a reputable business with actual shops in Germany, that is simultaneously engaged in wholesale scamming of UK-based customers online through a subsidiary. By the looks of it, Parfümerie Akzente is legit, but Parfum Dreams has overwhelmingly negative reviews. What the hell is going on? The website looks genuine enough, but the cracks begin to show as soon as you part with your money. The immediate massive red flag for me was the fact that I didn't receive any confirmation email. Then called up - the voice on the automated telephone system sounded like a German doing a bad impression of an Irish accent. When I got through to someone and asked for an update, the man claimed to be pulling up my profile from my phone number (which I don't think you can do from a phone number alone) and really tried to sell it by tapping his keyboard loudly and randomly. He then told me that there was no order attached to my mobile number; when I mentioned the pending transaction with my credit card provider he told me not to worry as this will likely be cancelled in a few working days. I'm not holding my breath on this one. I'll be disputing the transaction with my credit card provider and learning my lesson: if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

I ordered perfume on 13/11 and because the prices were good I placed a further order a few days later. The second order arrived within days, well packed and in perfect condition. I then received a Tracking number from DHL which showed half of my address was missing and therefore they were unable to deliver. I then sent 3 emails to parfumdreams customer services but as I received no reply I rang the hotline who gave me another number to ring which turned out to be DHL. The number rang out unanswered and eventually cut off. My daughter then spoke to the parfumdreams hotline and was told I would get a refund once they received the item back and the refund would be with me in “about 2 weeks”. I will be very surprised if I do receive the refund having read other reviews.
