Ordered and paid for 1 item on 5th December item arrived 19/12 returned item
on 21/12via Royal Mail Postal Code IP28 6RX. Have made many calls to their german
customer services. I posted a review on Trust Pilot of 1 star. Later I received a email
stating my refund would follow in a couple of days. Today 9/1 they now say that
they do not have my item back yet. Royal mail tracking shows the item at the
delivery centre. Please do not buy from Perfumedreams as they NIGHTMARE
