“I bought two products in Nov. 10. Really only wanted one but bought two to receive free shipping. No where on the page did it said product is not available. I received order confirmation via email. In the fine print at the very bottom of long email i see it says the order will be sent out between Nov. 17-20. On Nov. 22 I called and emailed to ask about my order (line was busy) But they did reply to my email and said one of the products in my order is not available. I have two options: 1: wait for 10-12 days to see if it becomes available, 2: get a refund for that product. So then i wrote back and said okay I’ll wait for that product but what able the other products in my order? So they emailed back and said, “ it’s available” and of course i was a bit frustrated by now…. What does it mean “it’s available” is it on its way? Going to be shipped out? So i called the number this time and they picked up. A very nice girl, by the way, and I gave her my details. She started giving me the same exact info as the emails i received and i had to stop her from continuing to ask her…but what about my second product in that order? And she answered, “it’s available” and a frustrated me asked, “well when will you send it” then she said they won’t send it until the first unavailable product becomes available. So i asked what I’d in 10 days the other product isn’t available again? Will we be in the same situation? So she says it’s their company policy that they don’t do partial shipping since my complete order (57€) qualified for free shipping and the partial order doesn’t.
So after almost 2 weeks of ordering and waiting i was so frustrated that i cancelled the order. I am definitively not waiting 2 more weeks for the possibility of them telling me ( probably i have to contact them first to find out) that the product is not available.
So please be aware of the company’s policies. It seems when you order the product you order is not guaranteed available. Also i was not informed of the unavailable product. I had to call and email them to find out the status. Also If you order multiple products in an order that qualified for free shipping ( min. 50€) but your partial products doesn’t qualify for free shipping they won’t ship it out alone.
So that was my super frustrating experience!”

“Bought a Gama hairdryer (over £200) which lasted only a couple of months.
Gama have since stopped selling the grey dryer as they are faulty and if you have purchased from elsewhere they replace them with the black one.
Parfum Dreams have had my dryer for 3 weeks and still can not state when it will be returned or replaced or refund.

I ordered items, and payment left my bank account. After enquiring about my order, was told they had NOT received payment.
The contact telephone number they give is NOT viable.
After numerous emails, proving payment had been taken by them, eventually received my order after 2 months.
My advice is, DO NOT ORDER from this company, but if you have already ordered, although it is frustrating, keep up the correspondence until you succeed.
I consider that I’ve been very lucky to have eventually received my order, but WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
